The BEERS List 
Medications considered to be 'Potentially Inappropriate Medications' (PIMs) due to their side effects in older adults. Developed by The American Geriatric Society (AGS).
Started by a pharmacist and physician concerned about the risks associated medications in the elderly. They offer tools, guidelines, videos and research to help patients and providers participate in deprescribing. They work with research teams at the Bruyère Research Institute (Ottawa) and Université de Montréal.

U.S. Deprescribing Research Network
Their goal is to develop and share evidence about deprescribing medications for older adults, and to help improve medication use among older adults and the outcomes that are important to them.
